The head-to-head portion of the competition will be five (5) separate competitions outside the main competition. The 5 head-to-head battles will determine who has to live up to their chosen consequence. The first to hit the crossbar, wins.

The main competition is the first to hit the crossbar overall, no matter who that person is up against in the head-to-head.

The following is the draw for the head-to-head competition:

1. James Cranford v. Karina LeBlanc (Canadian Women's National Team GK)
2. Sophie Nicolaou v. Anna Maria Picarelli (Italian Women's National Team)
3. Casey Keirnan   v. Robert Burns
4. Rafa Gonzales   v. Jimmy Conrad
5. Mark Henty        v. Kenny Hassan

The order of the kicks has been determined as well, simply the first out of the hat (James) will shoot first, followed by the second (Karina) and so on. (Meaning Kenny will be shooting last).
