It's true.  Billy Beane is not only a fan of World Football Daily, but a subscriber who says that WFD is his favorite podcast out there.

Look, I'm not trying to to give us an undeserved "pat on the back" (ok, sort of), but we must be doing something right if the guy who got Brad Pitt to play him in a movie about his life is saying he's listening to us because we cover the game of soccer so well.

"I listen to a lot of podcasts. My favorite is World Football Daily. It’s a two-hour soccer podcast. It’s got a lot of correspondents from all over the world who cover soccer."
