It wasn't like the American's didn't have a chance.  Will this result really doom the interest in the Women's games domestically?  We'll surely find out.  Regardless, the Women's World Cup Tournament was brilliant to watch this summer and a welcomed event for those missing their club season.  Fantastic goals, smart play, dramatic matches between epic competitors; all brought to you in HD!

But seriously, we want to thank all of those women who competed in that wonderful spectacle this past month.
