Show Recap
Today we have a massive show for you all. Make sure you are packing your Passport because we are all over the place today. Our first guest of the day is English football writer Chris Winterburn who joins us ahead of the match he is attending tonight. We are looking at the midweek Premier League schedule which brings about a couple jewels to watch, including the Merseyside Derby. We also see Ole Gunnar Solskjaer return to Old Trafford to play his old club Manchester United. We ask whether or not Chris expects a warm welcome for the Baby Face Assassin in his return. We also talk about the departure of Johan Cabaye from Newcastle and what sort of affect it will have on Pardew's club who have failed to find consistent form in the League this season. Will they have enough to get over Norwich City, probably, but that's not saying much. There are two matches that really stand out on Wednesday and that is the London derby between Chelsea and West Ham, and of course the big clash between Spurs and Manchester City.

Our next guest is a great friend of ours and Major League Soccer stud for the Philadelphia Union. Michael Lahoud joins Ollie to play some I Know the Score for the midweek fixtures in England. Why you ask? Well you must not be familiar enough with Mike then because if you listened to the show long enough, you know the Philly midfielder is always following the top flight football from around the world. We move on of course to talk about the upcoming MLS season and what expectations he has, as well as the club. Speaking of his club, we also talk about their latest signing and Rafa's home boy, Maurice Edu. Edu signed a 1 year loan deal with the option to buy. The Union have already said that the US International will be the heart of the midfield.

Finally, Rafa comes on to give his opinion on the whole Edu move to the Union and he re-tells the story behind his man-crush and his pilgrimage to Ibrox. Then the boys engage in a little Boot Porn. For today, the boys give you their top five boots of all time. The boys not only list their specific favorites, but they explain why each boot holds a special place in their hearts. They get a bit carried away, much like the show does today, but nonetheless it's a bunch of fun and we encourage you to get involved by sending your list of top boots to us.
