Show Recap
Welcome back to a Champions League Tuesday here on World Football Daily. No one cane really complain about the tasty Semifinal we have before us. Both matches this week are sure to impress and entertain. Our guest on the program today is Matt Hermann, anchor on The Journal and host of the Bundesliga Podcast. Of course we have Matt on to compliment our Champions League preview this week after having Spanish football writer Ben Hayward on the program Monday, but Champions League isn't the only news affecting German football today. Mario Gotze has just been tapped up by rivals Bayern Munich, who has forked up a large sum of cash to initiate the players release clause. The first move of Pep Guardiola's new reign is a major one, showing utter disrespect for their only real competitor in the league and looking to establish a ruthless dominance in Europe as well. This trend of ruthless dominance just may show tonight when Bayern play Barcelona, but we also look at Dortmund's match with Real Madrid on Wednesday with Matt Hermann too. All that, plus we congratulate Manchester United on their twentieth title and a wonder goal by RVP, and is Patty Evra a Zombie or is that just a "friendly jab" at LFC's Suarez in his post match celebrations.
