On this, the Tuesday edition of World Football Daily, we take the time to jump in to a little bit of French football with our dear friend and French football writer for Goal.com Robin Bairner. First things first, we try to get Robin's opinion on whether or not Paris Saint Germain will go undefeated for the rest of the season. PSG wanted Arsene Wenger, but Laurent Blanc is looking like more than a stop gap for the Parisian Giants as he is looking to make his own version of the Invincibles. We also try to get in the head of Zlatan Ibrahimovic who may have something to prove now that he is not going to Brazil this Summer. Then we try to figure out why it is that the newly promoted sides in Ligue 1 are doing so well. And on the topic of newly promoted sides in Ligue 1, we try to gauge the success that American Alejandro Bedoya is finding in France. Finally, we run through some of the games on the slate for Tuesday and Wednesday before going over a couple transfer rumors swirling around Ligue 1 players. Of course Ollie talks a little football out side of France. Today it is with Kim Tate. |
