Show Recap
Welcome back to the Monday edition of World Football Daily and more importantly, welcome back to the European football season. We have been blessed to see the return to several leagues across Europe, including the Bundesliga and Ligue 1. Our guest for the day is German football writer for the Independent, Kit Holden. Kit joins us to talk about the opening weekend of the Bundesliga. Borussia Dortmund have found their replacement for Mario Gotze in a hat-trick hero from the weekend. We also talk about the tinkering from Pep Guardiola on his new Bayern Munich side. Plus, an example from the weekend proves the need for Goal line technology across all the top leagues across Europe. Rafa comes on to try and push Scottish Division Two football on to the audience, but he also looks back at the French football results that stood out and gives props to the real G's in Major League Soccer.
