Show Recap
It's the Monday edition of World Football Daily and as always in the first show of the week, we have a ton to talk about so we jump right in. Jonathan Liew of the Telegraph joins the program to look at the interesting results from both clubs out of Manchester. It seems like Sunderland is a major speed bump in the league campaign for Manchester City and RVP comes to the rescue of Manchester United, putting his old team to the sword, again. There are plenty of more stories with interesting results that included Newscastle coming up big for Ollie's prediction from Friday. The Premier League table looks tighter than ever and we are all benefiting from it each weekend. Ollie and Jonathan also talk about the Champions League coverage that was taken over by BT Sport and why it's so shambolic for those in the UK. Ollie also brings on some sound bites he got from Brad Friedel who seems a bit peeved at the questions being asked. Then Rafa comes on to complain about his left foot that he hurt while playing like crap for Sunday league team. The boys also break down the Western Conference Finals as the Eastern Conference Finals we somewhat drab. And some Madridista writes in claiming that with Messi's injury, Barcelona are suddenly going to stumble. Both Ollie and Rafa completely debunk this theory and send him on his way. Nicely of course.
